My Favourite Cookbook


I have endless trouble deciding what to eat, what to make for every meal, and stopping myself from eating what is easy and not very healthy. One of my favourite cookbooks is Against All Grain by Danielle Walker. It is a paleo cookbook with over 150 amazing recipes. I actually have of couple of her cookbooks. These meals are generally quick and easy. The hardest part might be finding all the ingredients, but these days there are a lot of options out there. I wouldn't call myself a paleo eater. I even modified or added to these recipes when it suited me and my family without a problem. Several years ago when I decided to lose a little weight and generally live a healthier lifestyle, this really worked for me. She even has bread and dessert alternatives in there so you won't feel deprived, and they taste good! Since several years have passed since I gave up on taking care of myself, I certainly lost all the benefits I had achieved. Now it is time to jump back on the healthy living train!!
